Cookie policy

Last updated: 18 October 2026

This page lists the cookies set by www.invosys.io. For each cookie: the purpose, the category (necessary, analytics, or marketing), and the lifetime as set in the code, or the standard Google or Meta lifetime when their script sets it.

The publisher is NETUX SRL, Rue de Thys 1 boîte A, 4360 Oreye, Belgium, enterprise number 0881.501.752, VAT BE 0881.501.752, info@invosys.io.

Necessary cookies

These cookies are set so the site can work. They do not load Google Analytics or the Meta pixel.

Session cookie

  • Name: the name ends with _session.
  • Purpose: keep the site working during the visit (forms, language, session).
  • Category: necessary.
  • Lifetime: 120 minutes of inactivity. That is the lifetime value in config/session.php, and SESSION_LIFETIME=120 in the example configuration.

XSRF-TOKEN

  • Purpose: protect forms against forged submissions.
  • Category: necessary.
  • Lifetime: 120 minutes, the same as the session. Laravel sets this cookie with the session lifetime.

invosys_consent

  • Purpose: store your choice for analytics and for marketing.
  • Category: necessary.
  • Lifetime: 182 days. In the cookie script, Max-Age is 60 × 60 × 24 × 182 seconds.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4, ID G-V03JV5C1Y6, loads on every page in Google's advanced consent mode. Without your consent, Google Analytics receives anonymous signals without cookies: no identifier is stored on your device, and these signals are only used to estimate the number of visits. With your consent, the _ga cookies below are set to measure visits. The site does not set the lifetime of these cookies. The lifetimes below are Google's standard lifetimes.

_ga and _ga_V03JV5C1Y6

  • Purpose: tell visits apart and measure use of the site for this Google Analytics property.
  • Category: analytics.
  • Lifetime: 2 years, Google's standard lifetime.

Marketing

The Meta pixel, ID 1619943433005484, loads only if you accept marketing. The site does not set the lifetime of _fbp. The lifetime below is Meta's standard lifetime.

_fbp

  • Purpose: recognise the browser in order to measure Meta ads.
  • Category: marketing.
  • Lifetime: 90 days, Meta's standard lifetime.

invosys_attribution

  • Purpose: remember the first visit. The cookie stores utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, and fbclid, the landing page path without its query string, and the referring site. A later trial request keeps that first visit.
  • Category: marketing.
  • Lifetime: 90 days. The site sets this cookie for 60 × 24 × 90 minutes.
  • InvoSys sets this cookie on the first visit. It is not the Meta pixel. The Marketing switch in the panel turns the Meta pixel off. It does not remove invosys_attribution.

Change your choice

The "Manage cookies" button at the bottom of every page opens the panel again. Analytics is Google Analytics. Marketing in the panel is the Meta pixel. Refusing analytics deletes the _ga cookies, and Google Analytics then only receives anonymous signals without cookies. Refusing marketing stops the Meta pixel from loading and deletes its cookies. Necessary cookies stay on.

Personal data processing is described in the privacy policy.
